When I started my dream skincare brand in 2015, I quickly realised it’s not all glitz and glamour. I had my fair share of facepalm moments along the way, and now nothing lights me up more than helping entrepreneurs like you avoid the same mistakes I made and reach success even faster.

What's the difference between the self-paced option & the live rounds?
Self-paced – sign up any time and complete the course at your own pace. There are no live calls, masterclasses, community or support.
Live round (currently held 2 times per year) – in addition to the modules, you’ll also have virtual catch-ups each week with your fellow students and me in the live Q&A sessions and guest masterclasses. Plus there’s an online community for students of that round to extra motivation and support.
The lesson content, tools and templates are exactly the same between the self-paced options and live round, and you get 2 years’ access to the course portal with both options.
Which option is best for your will depend on a few factors, such as your preferred learning style, what holds you most accountable and on track, and your budget.
Based on student feedback, the live round gives you the best chance for success as it’ll fast-track your progress and keep you motivated. You’ll learn so much more from the live calls and listening to questions other people ask, and the industry experts, on top of all the valuable information you learn in the modules!

How long will I have access to the content?
I don’t want this to be a course that sits on the shelf, so there’s no “lifetime access” here! But you’ll get access to all the content for 2 years (including access to any updates I make) after purchase. During this time you can download the slides, workbooks and templates to keep and refer back to forever.
Is this course suitable for me if I want to use a contract manufacturer or white label products?
Yes – regardless of which manufacturing strategy you plan to use, most of the framework you follow to launch your dream skincare brand will be the same, so the course is definitely suitable. In Module 3 Product Development, we cover off the different manufacturing strategies to help you decide which option is right for you.
I want to make haircare products, not skincare – is this course right for me?
Yes 100%! The framework remains the same, whether you want to launch skincare, haircare, makeup, or any other type of cosmetic, as do the regulations you’ll need to comply with.
Do I need to do a formulation course first?
Label Launchpad is not designed to teach you how to formulate products. But don’t worry, you don’t need to have done a formulation course first – whether you need to complete on at all will partly depend on your manufacturing strategy, which we discuss in Module 3.
There are a number of great formulation courses out there, some of which are mentioned in the course. In fact, several of my students in the last round were completing a formulation course at the same time as Label Launchpad and found them to be very complementary.
I'm not ready / it's too early in my business.
All you need to be ready is 1) to be 100% committed to launching a skincare brand and 2) some inspiration for a product idea (which I’m guessing you already have) – the rest you’ll work out along the way when working through the modules, and it will take you way less time and costly mistakes than going it alone.
Will I be ready to launch after the 12 weeks?
The realistic answer to this is no! Everyone has different personal circumstances (like available time and funds) and that it takes time to set up the right foundations for sustainable success. Plus other factors such as how much progress you’ve made already on your own, your manufacturing strategy and suppliers will come into play (launching with a private or white label product generally means you can launch faster).
However, I can promise you’ll feel confident you know exactly what you need to do and have a clear path forward, and that if you put in the time and effort during the course you’ll be well on your way to a confident and successful launch.
Is the course suitable if I’ve already launched or nearly ready to launch?
This course is primarily designed for people who have not yet launched, rather than those who are ready to scale an existing successful brand.
If you’re in the early stages of your skincare business, it will help you launch faster. If you’re planning to launch in the next 3 months, you’ll be able to check you’ve got all your ducks in a row for a successful launch. If you’re already launched, I’m working on something else that will help you!

Do you sell any modules separately?
No – it’s something I’ve previously thought about, and decided against for now. Because “you don’t know what you don’t know”, which means that you’d only buy a couple of modules you thought you needed, when there is important information in the other modules. You wouldn’t get the full picture of how to build a wildly successful skincare brand, and then wonder why you weren’t achieving your goals. I’m confident that in every module you’ll learn something new – they all fit together like a puzzle.
I’m based overseas – will this course help me?
The primary focus is on Australian laws and regulations. In saying this, if you’re based overseas and want to know how to sell your products legally in Australia, or you want to improve your skincare business knowledge, then you could find this course beneficial – contact me to see if it’s right for you.
