The Go-To Voice in Cosmetic Compliance & Transparency
Engaging talks and media insights on compliance, consumer trust and creating ethical beauty brands.

LET’S TALK TRANSPARENCY!
I’m Jennifer Rudd
Cosmetic Regulations Expert, Speaker, Founder of Skincare Business Foundations, and Director of Clear Beauty Group
With degrees in Business and Psychology, years of corporate experience in compliance and firsthand insight from running my own skincare brand, I’ve helped hundreds of founders and brands worldwide confidently navigate Australian cosmetic regulations and build trusted, strategy-driven brands designed to last.
We all know compliance is important, but let’s face it – it’s not always the most exciting topic. That’s where I come in.
I simplify compliance and brand-building with a clear, no-BS approach, which has led to invitations to speak at leading industry events such as Beauty Expo Australia, Naturally Good Expo, Non-Surgical Symposium (NSS) and the Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists (ASCC) Annual Conference.
I go beyond the rulebook to explore what really matters – building trust and transparency in an industry where consumers are more discerning than ever. Whether it’s decoding cosmetic claims, tackling digital deception or avoiding greenwashing, I bring a practical and engaging perspective that makes compliance both informative and (surprisingly) enjoyable.
Beyond the stage, I’m a regular media contributor, offering commentary on trending industry topics for leading print and digital publications. You’ll also find me featured on various podcasts – including my own, Skincare Social.
My mission is clear: to raise the bar for transparency and ethical standards in the cosmetics industry.
